This gives you permission to turn any commission you purchase from me to be turned into your own merch. The commercial license must be purchased for each commission purchased. This license is a lifetime commercial license. I still own the copyrights to this item. I may use your items to advertise as I wish. I may stream making my commission unless expressed BEFORE the commission if you wish for it to remain private.

This must be purchased prior to the start of your commission. Purchasing this after may require you to pay part of the previous commission depending on the amount of work done. If I am completely finished, you must re-purchase complete commission. This is because I will have to remake the complete commission. Also please note what printing/merch store this will be used for before the commission starts, as different companies require different quality, dpi, and pixel sizes. If you need a specific size let me know before the commission starts. If you need merch quality after the commission has been finished. I might need to redo the entire commission and you will have to repurchase. I can resize for you without re-making but the quality will most likely be poor and is up to you whether you are comfortable with this quality on merch. If you decide to use lower quality artwork on merchandise, I hold no responsibility for poor quality printing on merchandise.

 I hold all copyrights to all arts and commissions made by me. I understand twitch emotes are used publicly and for streaming purposes. You may not use any of my artwork to express hate, prejudice, or acts of racism against any minority, race, or group of people or persons. You may not use my artwork to hurt, harm, or belittle anyone. You may not use my art to promote any illegal or immoral act. I hold the right to invalidate your commercial license at any time for any reason, and you must stop the use of sales of any of my items or public post of my artwork on any social media.
 

I hold the right to refuse any commission or stop a commission at any time. If I stop a commission a full refund will be issued.
